A flat list of projects can show quantity, but it cannot show the journey. This Lab exists to make accumulated experience visible: what was built, when, why, what it solved, what changed between versions, and what the next step is.
Some projects are serious systems. Some are experiments. Some solve a very small problem. They all mark a point in the journey.
